What helps, and what to expect
Useful reports
The most useful message names the sheet, the exact values you entered, what you expected and what you saw. For a clearance question, include the case limit, the component size and the unit. For a power question, include the rows and the headroom percentage. The Include my bench numbers option fills most of that in for you.
Corrections to the form factor envelopes or conversion constants are always welcome, along with the data sheet or standard you are working from.
What this inbox cannot do
